REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy are valid 30 days from the date of your purchase. Please be advised that we cannot honour your refund and/or return request if 30 days have passed since your date of purchase.

Eligibility

Your purchased item must be:

       1. Unused

       2. In the same condition upon receipt

       3. Must be in the original packaging

Important note: Several types of products are exempt from our return policy. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are:

       • Intimate or sanitary goods

       • Hazardous materials

       • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

       • Gift cards

       • Downloadable software products

       • Health & personal care items

To proceed with your return or refund request, we will require your proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. DEKK products are covered by the DEKK return and refund policy only.

In some situations, we may only grant partial refunds.

• Book with obvious signs of use and mishandling

• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

• Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or has missing parts due to the buyer

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you a notification email that we have successfully received your returned item. An update for the approval or rejection of your refund will also be sent to you via email.

Once approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing Refunds

If the refund still hasn’t been reflected in your account, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Please note that the refund may take some time before it is officially posted in your account.

If your bank or credit card provider confirmed that there isn’t any refund, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace purchased items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send the item to 1 Edison Circuit, Forrestdale, WA, Australia, Western Australia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail your product to 3 Edison Circuit, Forrestdale, WA, Australia, Western Australia.

Shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer requesting a return. Please be reminded that shipping fees are non-refundable. The refund amount will cover the cost of return shipping and will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and product exchange delivery time may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for shipping mishandling or any other possible issues once the package has been handed to your choice of shipping service.
