We found that across the market, our own, OEM and competitors tracks, the most common cause of failure in block pattern tracks is internal cable failure, resulting in splitting.To solve the issues found we set out to redevelop the block pattern tracks so they would last longer and reduce the chances of cable failure. Through this we developed the Hercules track range, with a redesigned tread pattern, use of higher tensile steel cabling and adjusted cable positioning. We have created a range of tracks to meet the demands of any work environment.

Our solution reduces physical strain and labor, ensuring easy track removal with full retraction of the track adjuster system. It’s safer than cutting tracks and works with all skid steer tracks (320mm–450mm wide).
