- Machine make and model
- Rubber track serial number (found on the purchase invoice, or printed on the outer edge of the track)
- The name of the business you purchased the part with
- Clear photos of the damage:
- 3x close-up photos from different angles
- 1x wide-angle photo, showing the full track and damaged spot
- 1x photo of the sprocket, rollers and idlers (for de-tracking purposes)
- 1x photo of the machine
- 1x photo of the track serial number
we check it out
We’ll match the serial number with our records and pass the info along to the manufacturer for review.
