PRODUCT INFO
What brand of tracks and pads do you sell?
All our tracks and pads are DEKK branded. That means one name on the product and one team accountable for quality, delivery, service and warranty. No middlemen. No excuses.
How do I know I’m getting the right track for my machine?
We hold Australia’s largest range of rubber tracks and pads, so just tell us your machine make and model and we’ll match it properly. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it fast with a hassle-free exchange.
Do the tracks have a left or ride side?
No, our rubber tracks are non-directional. You can fit them on either side of your machine.
Do DEKK ASV tracks have a Kevlar or steel-belted core?
Our ASV skid steer tracks are made with a Kevlar-belted core. That means less stretch, higher strength and better durability in demanding conditions.
Why should I choose DEKK over other brands?
Simple, because we’re specialists, and when you deal with us, you’re dealing with:
- A team that actually knows the gear inside out
- A no-nonsense warranty that we stand by
- A laser focus on quality and customer service
Can I just buy one track, or do I have to buy a pair?
u can buy a single track, no problem! That said, we always recommend replacing tracks as a pair to keep wear even and performance consistent. Plus, you might also save on delivery costs.
What’s better: rubber or steel tracks?
It depends on the job. Rubber tracks are more versatile and gentler on sealed surfaces like asphalt and concrete. Steel tracks are better for harsher terrain, but may tear up finished surfaces.
What is the required torque for rubber pads?
Torque requirements vary by machine and pad type. Refer to the table below for the correct specifications to ensure proper fitment and safe operation.

SERVICES AND GENERAL QUERIES
What’s the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are made by or for the original machine brand. Aftermarket parts, like ours, are made by trusted manufacturers to meet the same fit and performance standards, without the OEM price tag. Same job done, less money out of your pocket.
Can you price match?
We’ll always try to beat any genuine quote. Send us the details and we’ll take a look.
Fair warning – if it’s an unreal price, we’ll need to check the fine print and tell you what’s actually possible.
Can you fit the tracks for me?
Yes. We can arrange onsite fitting Australia-wide through our network of experienced contractors. Just let us know your location and machine.
How do I claim the 10% discount on my first order?
Easy. Just let us know you’re a first-time customer when placing your order. Once confirmed, we’ll take 10% off your quote.
